"I don't want to change the world, I just want to leave it colder..."

This may surprise some people, but my all-time favorite band is Breaking Benjamin. On the hard-core alt-rock side of the music spectrum, yes, but for some reason I can't get enough of them. I love their lyrics and I especially love their hard-rockin' instrumentals.

Their new studio album, Dear Agony, comes out on September 29, but the first single just came out today - "I Will Not Bow" - and it's amazing. It'll be featured in the new Bruce Willis movie Surrogates, which comes out on September 25.
