8 THINGS I LOOK FORWARD TO

1. Being done with Spring Semester
2. Going back to work at The Mothership
3. Vacation to Washington, DC later this month
4. Getting back into the habit of running everyday
5. Spending some time under the hot, hot Texas summer sun
6. Finally getting my pet kitty
7. Replacing my current laptop (it's dying a slow and painful death) with my first ever MacBook
8. Summer Blockbusters!

8 THINGS I DID YESTERDAY

1. Finally caught up on the past 6 episodes of 24 (made me scream at the TV)
2. Finally washed the dishes (it's amazing how they pile up)
3. Ate Papa John's pizza for lunch - yummy!
4. Had a very interesting conversation about tolerance with my friends Jason and Cassi
5. Got back on the treadmill for the first time in a month (excuse me while I go stretch my quads)
6. Talked to my mom on the phone (but then again, I do that everyday)
7. Wondered what this coming semester is going to be like
8. Ordered a fun tote from Anthro (I've decided it's going to be my summer bag)

8 THINGS I WISH I COULD DO

1. Wake-up on time without the aid of two separate alarms
2. Play the two musical instruments I own (a piano and a guitar)
3. Spend the rest of my life traveling the globe to new and exciting locales
4. Fly (silly, I know, but still...)
5. Remember all of my Spanish and retain the level of fluency I once had
6. Run a 10-min mile (I'm working on it)
7. See my family and best friends everyday
8. Write and publish a novel
