in just a few short hours, summer will be officially over. and what a great summer it has been!
i'm excited for this new school year. i'm excited for a lighter workload (and grateful for a principal who goes above and beyond to help her teachers succeed). i'm excited for new and returning students. i'm excited to be working with a group of educators who constantly inspire me to be better both professionally and personally.
each of my first two years of teaching was marked by pretty significant events. i'm excited to see what new challenges and experiences this year will bring.
