A Loaf of Meat

I invited the Missionaries and a few friends over for dinner tonight.  Now I try, I really do try. But no matter how hard I try, I just can't seem to get a handle on this whole Domestic Goddess thing. Despite my many kitchen catastrophes, I will continue to press on until I get this right!

Tonight I attempted to make a Meatloaf, recipe courtesy of The Pioneer Woman.

In the end, everything turned out just fine.  But it was touch and go for a bit.  As in, "I have 7 hungry people to feed and the loaf of meat that has been in the oven for an hour is still raw." Yeah. Touch and go.

And raw meat? Squishy.
