So... the padres are taking an extended (working) holiday to the Mother Country. They hosted an open house this weekend to say a final cheerio! before they make their trip across the pond later this week. It was a beautiful evening with lots of family and friends and food, made even more enjoyable by the finally-finished-as-of-3-pm-that-same-day-brand-spankin'-new deck and patio in the backyard.
Three words: AH. MAY. ZING.
